ROLE PURPOSE

The role primarily focuses on New Business Development is conduct an Outreach program to generate connections and leads for the business.

DESCRIPTION

Market Awareness and Planning

  • Gather information on market realities on opportunities for sales by competitors tracking and analysis as keeping track of projects through interactions and connections with external parties.

  • Ability to plan sales strategies, prospect sales opportunities.

Sales Outreach Target:

  • Meet the daily target of calls to ensure quality data.

  • Conduct a detailed pushout awareness campaign through different platforms and channels.

Proposal, Presentations & Sales Order:

  • Compile all aspects of the job and prepare a presentation with quotation.

  • Present ideas and proposal to client when there is an opportunity.

Coordination and Communication

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on day-to-day basis and update client on day-to-day progress.

JOB CONTEXT
  • Needs to have thorough knowledge of Marketing, Advertising, Digital marketing concept and theories.

  • Excellent communication skills, which includes written and verbal followed by Presentation skills for having concept approved by client.

  • Should be well versed with contact research mechanism.

  • Experience in cold call and outreach program through different platforms.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Knowledge

  • Bachelors/Masters in Business Management/Commerce/Advertising.

  • Complete command of the spoken and written English language (Arabic language preferred)

  • Thorough knowledge of applications including Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of work experience.

Skills

  • Excellent Communications Skills (Verbal & Written).

  • Project Management Skills.

  • Good planning and organizational ability.
